Can we start fresh or migrate from another system?

Yes. Start with a clean setup or let us map programs, pricing, credits, and balances from what you use today. We pilot before families switch.

Do our other platforms have to go?

No. Keep the tools you still need while Asobi takes on booking, payments, schedules, and reporting. Consolidation can happen later.

How do governing organizations fit?

Each club keeps its own brand, pricing, eligibility, and locations. We’re building toward shared approvals, requirements, reporting, and audits with the governing organization that owns the rules.

Does it work for my sport?

If your operation runs scheduled programs—clinics, camps, lessons, practices, drop-ins, or packages—the same program rules apply. Sport, age, skill, capacity, coach, and location are set per program.

What do families and staff use?

Families manage athletes, bookings, waivers, credits, and schedules in one account. Staff share schedules, check-in, attendance, customer records, payments, and operating reports.

Who handles setup and delivery?

You stay in charge of the decisions that matter to your organization. Asobi owns the technical delivery. Operators and engineers work together from discovery through launch, with staff, coaches, families, and athletes shaping what gets built.

Do I keep my data?

Yes. Your customer and operating data remain yours. We document ownership and handoff before rollout.

What will it cost?

Plans from $0/mo, or pay only when bookings happen with Season Mode. Operators pay a small share of the payments we process: 1% on Free Connect, declining to 0.75%, 0.5%, then 0.25% as you grow, or 8% on Season Mode with no monthly fee. Parents never see a platform fee.

Will families use it?

Families use Asobi every day at the club we run. Eligibility filters the catalog before booking.

Why Asobi

Asobi comes from 遊び (asobi), the Japanese word for play. We built it to give sports organizations more room for it.

Our roots are in Ontario volleyball. After a year of stitching together third-party tools, we built Asobi to run our own club — because Asobi exists to make volleyball accessible for everyone.
