Family data is the whole business. We treat it that way.

Where it lives
Your production data is hosted in Canada. Each organization runs in its own isolated tenant — no other organization can read its records.
Who owns it
Your customer and operating data stay yours. We document ownership and handoff before any rollout.
What we collect and why
Only what running the organization requires: accounts, bookings, payments, waivers, and the health details a family chooses to share with its club. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for anything beyond operating the platform.
